Schneider Building Company was approached by a local developer to provide general contracting services to construct this 22 unit high end apartment building in the up and coming Whittier neighborhood of Denver CO. This project features high apartment finishes, Brick masonry veneer, an elevator and roof top amenities. We are excited to be apart this project and the improvements it will bring to the neighborhood.
Featured Project: Modern Farmhouse
For this project Schneider Building Company has teamed up with ArcWest Architecture on this design-build effort. The idea was to merge elements of today's modern comfort and style in a classic farmhouse look in an urban setting located in the Highlands-Berkeley neighborhood of northwest Denver. From the standing seam metal roof to the open staircase, this home feels as if it sits on 20 acres! The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining room, and dining room into the family room. On a cool summer day, you will find a total of 24 ft of open full height windows giving you that indoor-outdoor comfort and feel. Great for entertaining family and friends.
